In 2012, Stanland made a decision that shattered his life. His decision caught the attention of the FBI, leading to a two-year federal prison sentence, three years of supervised release, and restitution more than $800,000. From the depths of federal prison to a profound personal transformation, his journey is a testament to resilience and redemption.

He will walk the audience through the dark labyrinth of fraud – dissecting the mindset, identifying the triggers, and shedding light on the control loopholes he exploited. More than a cautionary tale, his story is a roadmap toward building a robust defense against corporate fraud. The audience will gain not only a unique insider’s perspective but also practical, applicable strategies to safeguard their organizations.
