Soledad is the Head of Internal Audit (CAE), Risk Management, and Internal Control at Canal de Isabel II (Public Entity).
She leads the implementation of the Internal Audit strategic plan and directs Risk Management at the public water company of Madrid.
She is an MSc Civil Engineer, MBA, CIA, CCSA, CRMA and the first certified COSO in Spain. 
Since 2013 Soledad has collaborated with ECIIA and EUROSAI, since 2017 she has been the Chair of two working groups. 
She has published different articles and frequent speaker in congresses.
